1. Background and Objectives of Digital Transformation
In our work supporting cross-border e-commerce and overseas business, we faced challenges such as increasing operational complexity and the fragmentation of information.
To address these challenges, we are implementing digital transformation (DX) with the aim of promoting the digitisation of internal operations, improving operational efficiency and enhancing our ability to serve customers.
2. DX Strategy (Utilisation of Data and Digital Technology)
We centrally manage operational data relating to quotations, invoicing and customer management in the cloud, and use our CRM and operational management systems as a platform for data accumulation and integration.
We utilise the accumulated data to carry out the following analyses.
・Analysis of the win rate for each project
・Analysis of sales trends by customer segment
・Visualisation of working hours and processing times for each business process
・Cash flow analysis based on invoicing and payment data
Based on these analytical findings, we are optimising our sales strategies, improving business processes and reviewing resource allocation, thereby enabling data-driven decision-making.
Furthermore, in the future, we will utilise the accumulated data to forecast sales and predict operational workloads, thereby driving the advancement of management decision-making.
3. Digital Transformation Framework and Staff Development
We have established a company-wide framework for driving digital transformation, with our Representative Director serving as the Head of Digital Transformation.
We are also implementing the following initiatives to develop and secure the talent required to drive digital transformation.
・Conducting in-house training on the use of CRM and business systems
・Delivering training on data utilisation and operational improvements
・Supplementing our expertise through collaboration with external IT partners
We have therefore established a framework that enables all employees to work on improving business processes through the use of data.
4. Development of the IT system environment
To drive forward our digital transformation strategy, we are working to develop an IT infrastructure centred on cloud services.
We have integrated operations such as quotation management, invoicing, customer management and contract management within the cloud, enabling centralised data management and real-time sharing.
Furthermore, in accordance with a phased investment plan, we are continuously working to expand the system’s functionality and strengthen data integration.
5. KPIs for digital transformation
We have established the following KPIs as metrics to measure the progress of our digital transformation strategy.
・Lead time from quotation to order confirmation
・Time required for invoicing
・Conversion rate per project
・Average response time for customer enquiries
・Utilisation rate of electronic contracts
We monitor these indicators on a regular basis and use them to drive operational improvements and track the progress of our digital transformation strategy.
6. Governance and Decision-Making Structure
As our company does not have a board of directors, we regard the Management Committee as a decision-making body equivalent to a board of directors.

7. Future Initiatives
Through the promotion of digital transformation, we will achieve further improvements in operational efficiency and service quality, whilst advancing the sophisticated use of data.
Going forward, we aim to achieve more strategic management decisions through the advancement of data analysis and the introduction of predictive models, with a view to achieving sustainable growth.
